Pinkesh Shah
Shah started Adaptive marketing with a vision to create the next generation product managers and marketers in India to enable technology product and services companies to market their product globally and to help companies in India “productize” innovation. He is also a part of Jain Angels group for helping incubate early state companies in India. Shah most recently was responsible for the overall strategy and execution for the risk and compliance business unit at McAfee (NYSE: MFE) as the global Vice President of Product Management. In the last year of his focus on APAC markets, he was instrumental in building the McAfee brand in India with strategic customers, started the Product Management function out of McAfee India Center and was the head of PMs across all Business units.
Before McAfee Mr. Shah has worked in several engineering and product mgmt/product marketing roles at IBM, netIQ and with startups like Netrex and Captivo in the US. A Gold Medalist from MS University with he finished his Bachelors in Computer Science and a UPE Nominee from Purdue University where he earned his Masters in Computer Science, Mr. Shah holds several professional certifications like CISSP, CPM, CPMM

Raj Raman
Having spent more than a decade in Technology Marketing, Product Development and Business Development, Raj understands the marketing needs of Technology companies intimately. Raj ran Product Management for the faster-growing unit within McAfee, the world's largest IT security company, re-energizing the unit by bringing out market-leading products, increasing sales and delivering a strong platform for future growth. Prior to that, Raj launched Trend Micro's award-winning network worm containment solution via Cisco's global channels. Most recently, Raj has harnessed his entrepreneurial passions in building a Consumer Web platform for connecting motivated professionals with the resources they need for career growth and personal fulfillment. Today Raj is focused on delivering measurable, business-impacting results for Marketing departments in the Technology industry. Raj lives by the mantra that if you can't measure it, you can't book it.

Dr. Parveen Jain
Dr. Parveen Jain has founded and sold multiple companies in hi-tech area. Most recently, he founded and was CEO and Chairman of JovianData, Inc. which was acquired by Market Share Partners in August 2010. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President (EVP) of Corporate Development, Strategy & Business Development at McAfee, Inc., where earlier he served as EVP of Worldwide Marketing, and President of Network Security Business Unit. Before McAfee, Parveen was founder and CEO of IntruVert Networks which was acquired by McAfee (earlier known as Network Associates) in May 2003. Before IntruVert, Parveen spent 15+ years in power & process industry and held executive positions with Computing Technologies International (CTI), Expert-EASE etc. Parveen is an active angel investor serves on the boards of several startup companies.
Parveen is a dedicated philanthropist, and serves multiple not-for-profit religious organizations (such as Jain Center of Northern California) and social organizations (such as American Foundation for the Blind, South Asian Heart Center) as an executive and/or an Advisor, Trustee or Board Member.
Parveen has received several awards including Hay Gold Medal for Best Student of BE-ET at IISC, has five granted and several pending US Patents, and he has authored over 50 business and professional papers. He has a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), MS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, BE-Electrical Technology from IISc (Bangalore, India), and a BS (Physics Honors) from Delhi University.
